ISLAMABAD: The meeting of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), which began here this morning mulling over the appointment of a caretaker PM in absence of ECP member from Sindh, Roshan Essani being in Karachi, has now been taken online through video link for his inputs in consultations.
