IMF delegation to arrive Islamabad on October 28
ISLAMABAD: An International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation would visit Islamabad next week to assess the country's performance over agreed targets before releasing the second loan tranche, sources said.
According to the sources, the delegation would arrive on October 28 to review the country’s performance after which it would decide about releasing of the second loan tranche of $550 million.
The economic experts said that Pakistan has met almost all performance criteria, qualifying for the next loan tranche.
