KARACHI: A petition to impose a life ban on Mohammad Amir has been filed in the Sindh High Court (SHC).
In his petition against allowing Amir to play domestic cricket, Rana Fazal’s stance was that Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Amir were involved in match fixing and players bringing a bad name for Pakistan should be banned for life.
In 2010 all three players were proved guilty of match fixing during a Lords Test match.
