Meghan Markle has just been bashed for having her entire brand image based on existing brand names like Gwyneth Paltrow.

For those unversed, the Duchess has just announced plans for her very own lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard which has a trademark for things like cosmetics, pet care, gardening tools etc.
