Islamabad standoff: case lodged against Sikandar, his wife
ISLAMABAD: Police have registered a case against Malik Sikandar and his wife under anti-terrorism act, Geo News reported.

Sources said the FIR was lodged at Kohsar police station.

Sikandar, along with his wife harassed Islamabad city for more than five hours on Thursday.

Malik Sikander, armed with at least two assault rifles, an AK-47 and a latest sub machine gun (SMG), started shooting at Jinnah Avenue.

The armed standoff, finally came to a heroic end after an unarmed Pakistan Peoples Party leader, Zamarud Khan risking his life attacked the armed man leading to his arrest.
