Saeed Ajmal's action has been fixed: PCB chairman

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shahryar Khan announced on Saturday that the bowling action of off-spinner Saeed Ajmal had been fixed.

During a news conference the PCB chairman said Ajmal’s action would be tested immediately.

The off-spinner was suspended in September 2014 by the International Cricket Council (ICC) after his bowling action was declared illegal. The ICC deemed that Ajmal straightened his arm by more than 15 degrees.

Saeed Ajmal has been working with on remodeling his bowling action with Saqlain Mushtaq.
