Ajmal remains atop ICC bowler rankings, no Pakistani batsmen in top 10
DUBAI: No Pakistani batsmen could achieve a position within the top ten on the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) latest one day player’s ranking released on Monday.

However, Pakistan skipper Misbah-ul-Haq made it to 13th position in the batsmen rankings, while Saeed Ajmal remained the leader in the bowlers ranking.

In the all-rounders list, Mohammad Hafeez secured fourth position, while Shahid Afridi was fifth.

South Africa’s A.B De Villiers was the leading batsman followed by his team player Hashim Amla. India’s Virat Kohli secured third position while Sri Lankan KC Sangakkara is fourth, followed by his team player TM Dilshan. Mohammad Irfan made it to the 10th position.

West Indies player Sunil Narine secured second position in the bowler’s rankings, followed by South Africa’s Dale Steyn. His team player Imran Tahir was fourth and Mitchell Starc of Australia fifth.

Tillakaratne Dilshan of Sri Lanka led the all-rounder’s rankings, followed by Bangladeshi Shakib Al Hasan and Sri Lankan Angelo Mathews respectively.
