ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Naeemul Haque on Wednesday used strong words to condemn Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) allegations on party chief Imran Khan.

“I say Nawaz Sharif does not come to court because he fears arrest…he is the biggest criminal in the country’s history,” Haque said.

Before the Supreme Case hearing on the Panama Case went under way, State Water and Power Minister Abid Sher Ali had claimed that Khan does not come to court out of fear of arrest.

“Imran Khan is present in his house, order the police to arrest him,” Haque said, challenging the authorities. “But you won’t dare to implement Pakistan’s laws because even the police won’t listen to you anymore because Nawaz Sharif is neither morally nor constitutionally the prime minister of this country anymore.”

The PTI leader went on to state that it is only a matter time before the premier will face the murder trial for the 14 citizens, who lost their lives in the Model Town, Lahore incident.

In an angry tirade, Haque fumed that PML-N had broken all records of using inappropriate language.

He alleged that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman, Balochistan Prime Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri and Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party chief Mahmood Khan Achakzai have taken undue favours from the premier to ‘sell their conscience'.

He added that these individuals are only standing with the premier because they are ‘aware their corrupt designs will end forever if Nawaz Sharif is removed'.

Addressing the media outside the court, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry emphasised that the Sharif family is duping the entire nation.

“Hopefully, this case will be concluded by Friday,” Chaudhry said.
