Mill owners reject 3-day gas load management plan

FAISALABAD: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), under gas load management plan, has issued three-day gas suspension schedule for the industries, Geo News reported on Friday.

Under the plan gas would be suspended to the industries from 6:00am on April 20 to 6:00am April 23.

Meanwhile, industrial organizations have rejected the schedule, saying that industries would halt production only for one day.

Chairman All Pakistan Textile Processing Mills Association (APTPMA) Shaikh Saeed said that industries would continue their work and warned that if Sui gas authorities tried to close the mills forcibly workers and mill owners would seize Sui gas offices.
