ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan, in a meeting with Governor of Sindh Imran Ismail and Federal Minister for Planning, Development, Reforms and Special Initiatives Asad Umar on Friday, discussed the current situation in Sindh.

During the meeting, ongoing development projects of the federal government in Sindh were discussed, a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office said.

The premier also issued directives to complete the projects, especially the public welfare ones, in a timely manner.

In another meeting, the PM also discussed the overall situation in the country with the former minister for religious affairs and minorities Ijaz-ul-Haq.

Talking about the Sehat card in the meeting, the former minister thanked the PM for providing quality health facilities to the people.

Moreover, he urged PM Khan to direct the concerned authorities to take effective measures for the industrial development of Bahawalnagar.

The premier said that all possible steps would be taken to provide relief to the masses.
