Man taken into custody for stabbing four people to death

In a recent incident, four people — including a man and three women — were found stabbed to death in a house in south-east London, reported BBC News.

None of the victims survived the stabbings as the emergency workers pronounced them dead at the scene.

According to the police, a man has been arrested on the suspicion of the murders. He was taken into custody at a police station in south London.

The police said that they are contacting the next of kin of the victims and a special crime unit of the police is investigating the matter. 

It is believed that all the five people knew each other, per BBC News.

On Monday, around 1:40am BST (British Summer Time), reports were made of a disturbance in a home in Delaford Road, Bermondsey and the police were called to the location.
