Prince Harry lost his mother, Princess Diana when he was just 12 in a car crash.
So, he knows the pain of losing a parent, especially when one has to spend Christmas without them.
In this context, the Duke of Sussex has given his time amid the holiday to the children whose parent(s) died in the British armed forces.
Scotty's Little Soldiers, a British charity, hosted the party, which the royal prince joined virtually.
"It's okay to feel however you feel at Christmas," the father-of-two reassured the young guests.
"Some people will be celebrating and happy, other people feel reflective, some people will be sad, and maybe you'll experience every single one of these emotions and that's absolutely fine," the Global Ambassador for the charity continued.
"Remember you've got each other, you've got Scotty's and you've got the people that love you," Harry concluded.
In other news, an insider told People that Harry, Meghan Markle, and their children would spend the holiday in the U.S.
Also, the royal family reportedly did not invite the rebel royals to The Firm's Christmas gathering at Sandringham, Norfolk.
