Kate Middleton supports Prince Harry's ex-girlfriend's brand amid feud

Kate Middleton has caused a stir as she chooses a special gift for Princess Charlotte designed by Prince Harry’s former girlfriend,

The little Princess was seen wearing a £1,500 necklace designed by Chelsy Davy, the Duke of Sussex’s ex-girlfriend during the Royal family’s Christmas Day walk at Sandringham.

Jewellery expert Tobias Kormind suggested the necklace was likely a gift from Charlotte’s parents, Kate Middleton and Prince William, hinting that they are in touch with Davy.

The expert also noted that Davy was also in attendance at Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding ceremony, adding that it seems the former lovers parted ways amicably.

"This is most likely a present from the family, and very possibly from her parents, the Prince and Princess of Wales," Kormind told GB News.

"It has been a difficult year for the family, and a lovely piece of jewellery definitely brings good cheer!" he added.

Kormind went on to say, "As Chelsy Davy was in attendance at the Sussexes' 2018 wedding, it seems Chelsy and Harry's separation was amicable.”

"I'm sure, Kate, like many mothers, searched for the perfect present for Charlotte and it must have been a welcome consideration to support her friend's business in the process too," he said.

"With the prices of coloured gemstones such as rubies on the rise, it is definitely the right way to go when it comes to investment pieces.”
