‘Emily in Paris' Lily Collins pens moving note on her first mothers day as mom

Lily Collins shared an emotional post as she celebrates her first mother’s day as a mom.

The Emily in Paris star, who recently welcomed her first child with her husband, Charlie McDowell, penned an emotional message on Instagram.

On Sunday, Collins posted a photo of herself embracing her son Tove, and wrote, “My first Mother’s Day. No words can describe this new journey, this new life.”

“I love you with all of my heart Tove, with all of the parts of it that have grown deeper since the day you were born and all of those I never even knew existed,” Collins added.

The actress went on to add, “You have expanded my world, broadened my horizons, and widened my smile more than I knew was possible.”

“And to think, it’s only the beginning. I couldn’t be more grateful or honored to be your mum…” she concluded.

It is worth mentioning that the new-mom, who is currently busy filming season five of Emily in Paris, also brought her son, Tove to the shoot.

In the pictures posted online, Lily Collins can be seen smiling as she held her baby in her arms on the set of the Netflix show.
