Zara Tindall has made a shocking revelation.

The daughter of Princess Anne and niece of King Charles recently shared that there are “disadvantages” of being a royal.

Speaking with Mirror at the London Sporting Club Lunch Zara shared that royal status has made competing more difficult.

She said of being a member of the royal family that “No one would believe me, but there were a lot of disadvantages.”

“But the amazing thing about sport is that it is a level playing field. You have to run out and you have to perform,” she added. “If you want to get on team you have to win. You have to be consistent. You cant fake it.”

Notably, Zara Tindall, who won silver in 2012 London Olympics, recalled the moment when she got the medal from her mother, Princess Anne, saying, “My mum gave me the Olympic silver medal,” adding, “She was so proud and it was amazing to get it from her.”

“I was like, 'Do I kiss her or hug my mum?'” she hilariously added.
