Princess Dianas brother posts fresh look of sisters temple

Charles Spencer, the brother of late Lady Diana, has unveiled a new picture of the late Princess of Wales' memorial temple.

Taking to his X and Instagram accounts, Prince William and Prince Harry's uncle shared the picture with caption, "Beautifully repainted this week - the memorial temple at Althorp. Wonderful to see it looking so fine for the summer."

Thousands of people liked the picture of the temple dedicated to Princess Diana and hundreds others paid tribute to the former wife of King Charles in the comments section of Spencer's social media posts.

Diana's grave is located on a small island in the middle of the Round Oval lake at Althorp Estate in Northamptonshire, England.

The Earl Spencer also shared a video from the island, the burial site of Diana, with caption, "Peaceful morning, down by Althorp’s lake."

The estate was the childhood home of Diana, and her brother Charles  decided to bury her there to ensure her grave could be properly looked after by the family and visited in privacy by her sons, William and Harry.

The island isn't accessible to the public, but visitors can view it from a distance and pay their respects at a nearby memorial temple dedicated to Diana. The temple features a quote from Diana, "Nothing brings me more happiness than trying to help the most vulnerable people in society," and a silhouette of the princess.

Prince William and Prince Harry did not comment on theirs's uncle photo of their mother's temple but  royal fans are expressing hope that they would soon visit her grave to pay their respects.

Princess Diana was killed in a car crash in Paris in 1997.
