The K-pop icons’ PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE was launched in October 2021 via an online concert and became a global hit as it connected the band’s fanbase, known as ARMYs, with BTS both in-person as well as virtually.

This tour spanned a total of 12 shows across Seoul, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas; all of which garnered over four million attendees/viewers in total, when in-person (LIVE PLAY) attendees as well as online (LIVE VIEWING) joinees are combined.

PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LIVE by BTS would be released on July 18 and will feature 22 different tracks which the Fire hitmakers performed during their tour, including international hits such as the Megan Thee Stallion collaboration Butter and their Halsey partnership in the song Boy With Luv.

It will also mark the first time since the band released something together ever since all seven members of BTS, who are Kim Seokjin (Jin), Jung Hoseok (J-Hope), Min Yoongi (Suga), Kim Namjoon (RM), Park Jimin (Jimin), Kim Taehyung (V) and Jeon Jungkook (JK), took a break from music to complete their South Korean mandatory military service.
