Addison Rae pens heartfelt message for Lana del Rey after duet

Addison Rae’s music career is taking off, and she’s on cloud nine after joining Lana del Rey on stage.

The pop star took to Instagram today, July 4, to share a photo of herself and Lana singing together at the Wembley Stadium. 

In the photo, the two singers could be seen beaming at each other as they sang a duet of Rae’s hit Diet Pepsi.

In the heartfelt caption, Rae wrote, “I will never forget this. Thank you so much to the most beautiful divine woman, heart, soul, mind…, Lana. I am the happiest and luckiest girl on earth. Being next to you is spiritual.”

Happy fans commented on the photo, with one writing, “babe u sounded so so good,” and another adding, “love u both so much.”

The duo also sang Lana’s unreleased single 57.5.

Rae has seen success in music with her debut album, Addison. The singer announced her debut tour last month, writing, "THE ADDISON TOUR IS REALLY REAL!!!!!! I can’t believe I get to sing and dance for you (and with you) this Fall. Are you coming?"

Her tour will start on August 26 in Dublin and take the Obsessed singer to London, Paris, Austin, New York City, Los Angeles, and Australia.

The singer’s album and tour name reinforce her choice to go by Addison from now on.

“I just am tired of also signing Addison Rae. It's really long. I just would rather sign 'Addison,'” she told Quen Blackwell on her YouTube series Feeding Starving Celebrities.

Addison Rae’s self-titled album debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 in June.
