Yungblud bursts into tears during emotional speech at Bludfest: ‘I belong’

Yungblud was overcome with emotions during Bludfest 2026.

The rockstar successfully wrapped up the third iteration of his annual music festival on Saturday, June 27.

The one-day festival, which Yungblud founded in 2024, was held in Hradec Králové, Czechia, marking the first time the event went international.

At one point in the night, the Grammy-winner broke down into tears as he thanked fans for their support.

“Lately I’ve felt so disconnected from everything. I’ve been trying my best to wake up every day. I have felt in pain a lot and I don’t know why, for a long time,” the 28-year-old began.

“But everytime I find your faces, everytime I find your eyes, everytime I look at you, I know that I belong somewhere. And to feel safe from the outside world is something that I can never thank you enough for.”

He then reminded his fans that he will always be there for them as well.

“This is your family. If you are ever scared, if you are ever frightened, if you are ever threatened, we will be there. I will f***ing be there for you,” he said.

In a separate video, the Zombie hitmaker celebrated another successful event.

“That’s it, man. Bludfest year 3 done. Thank you so f***ing much man, from the bottom of my heart. We took the festival international, baby! Yeah!!!”

Born Dominic Richard Harrison, Yungblud created Bludfest in 2024 as a response to overpriced, corporate-driven music festivals.

This year’s lineup of performers included Pam Rabbit, Naive Ella, Destroy Lonely, Palaye Royale, Biffy Clyro, The Velvet Hands, Pale Waves, Bothworlds, and more.

Yungblud’s longtime partner and fellow musician Jessie Jo Stark also took the stage.
