Princess Kate sets record straight about Pippa feud in secret meeting

Kate Middleton seemed to have addressed the ongoing speculation surrounding tensions simmering between her sister Pippa Middleton in the past year.

The two sisters, who have often made many public appearances together, were hardly seen together with Pippa missing out on some key events of the royal family. The scrutiny over the alleged fallout surfaced when the 42-year-old was missing from her sister’s annual Together at Christmas carol service as the whole family attended.

However, it seems that even if there had been any grudge, all have been cleared as the sisters reunited for Kate.

On Friday, January 9th, the Princess of Wales turned 44 and she opted for quietly marking the occasion with a delightful lunch with her mother and sister.

A Facebook post from the French restaurant that the party dined in shared how the visit that sent “little fizz of excitement through the whole place”.

“We can already hear the chorus from Newbury: ‘Go on then… who was it?’,” it read. “Well — none other than the Princess of Wales herself, Berkshire’s very own Kate Middleton, celebrating her 44th birthday, joined by her mother Carole and sister Pippa. Right here in Hungerford.”

They noted that nobody took photos and the princess was “utterly charming, gracious and every bit as radiant in person as you’d imagine”.
