Meghan Markle shares Harry tribute with special song amid Soho House launch

Meghan Markle has shared a sweet glimpse into Prince Harry’s latest WellChild Awards appearance, giving her followers a look at the Duke of Sussex’s special evening in London.

The Duchess of Sussex posted a series of highlights from Monday night’s ceremony on Instagram, including a photograph of Harry chatting with guests at the Royal Lancaster Hotel. 

The snapshot was shared alongside Sam Garrett’s acoustic version of I Believe.

Harry attended the WellChild Awards alone on 21 September, continuing his long-standing relationship with the charity. 

He has served as its Patron for 18 years and has attended the ceremony on 16 occasions. 

The Duke spent time with this year’s winners before taking to the stage, where he presented the Inspirational Child award to six-year-old Margot Jones-Billington. 

He also spoke about the 20th anniversary of the WellChild Nurse programme, which has grown to 54 nursing posts across children's hospitals and communities in the UK.

Meghan’s post comes after the Sussexes returned to the UK with their children in late August enjoying time in the Cotswolds, including a visit to Soho Farmhouse.

And there could be another reason for Meghan to look forward to spending more time in the area.

Her much-loved Soho House connection is set to get a new addition, with Soho River House due to open near Windsor in 2027. 

The new members’ club, set on the River Thames, will include several restaurants and bars, bedrooms, a 25-metre swimming pool, a health club and the brand’s first Racquet & Rowing Club, with tennis, padel and pickleball facilities. 

Harry and Meghan have previously been reported to have had their first date at the Dean Street House in London, making the brand a notable part of their early relationship.

The Duchess was reportedly seen at the private members’ club earlier this month, shortly after the family’s return to Britain.
