North West, the 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian, has once again become the talking point on social media after she showed off new finger piercings.
North West, known for her bold and creative fashion choices, has ignited heavy backlash online, which appears to be an ongoing debate since she made a debut on social media at the age of 12.
West’s latest viral moment came on January 13, when she posted an Instagram Story with confidence while her hand was front and center.
The post shows twining piercings on her index and middle fingers, sparking backlash instantly.
She completed the look with her signature blue wig and a diamond-encrusted skull necklace.
North had shared another heavily styled look on the TikTok handle that she shares with her reality TV star mom, Kim Kardashian, on January 11, 2026, in a short video post.
And less than two weeks ago, North ignited body-modification speculations by posting videos on social media showing a new nose piercing that drew heavy criticism.
However, now the Daily Mail has claimed that North was wearing a piercing sticker, which is a temporary, adhesive piece of jewelry designed to mimic the look of a real bridge piercing.
The outlet added that while her nose piercing was a fake, the piercing on her right hand that she first debuted during a trip with her mom in Italy in August 2025 appeared to be real.
