Fresh from the premiere of his new documentary Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision, the monarch is revealing he’s just as comfortable chatting with joggers as he is mingling with Hollywood royalty.

After rubbing shoulders with A-list names including Dame Judi Dench, Sir Rod Stewart, Alan Titchmarsh, Kate Winslet and Benedict Cumberbatch, the King surprised locals by popping up at a Sandringham parkrun.

There, he was seen greeting runners, stopping for brief chats and shaking hands as participants tackled their first lap.

Royal watchers say this easygoing mix of formality and warmth is very much Charles’s style.

One palace insider described the monarch as someone who values conversation and curiosity over ceremony alone, while tradition still matters, Charles is at his best when engaging with people on a personal level.

Just three days after hosting stars, he was back among everyday runners and listening intently as they shared stories from the course.

Those close to him say fame alone has never impressed Charles. Instead, he’s drawn to people with insight, passion and knowledge.

In newly released footage, he speaks about humanity’s impact on the planet, stressing that environmental damage goes beyond rising temperatures to include the steady destruction of wildlife and natural systems.
