Princess Kate not only shared an inspiration message about conquering one’s uphill battles but also shared a glimpse into her compassionate side during on heartwarming interaction.

The Princess of Wales had taken part in the Three Peaks Challenge this weekend, where she scaled three mountains in the UK – Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon). It was also to raise fund and awareness for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

Kate had stressed that she had taken part in the challenge not just for as a “physical endeavour but as a chance to explore life beyond diagnosis and to give something back”.

In the moment, a visibly cold Kate brings her attention to a young boy named Ted, who is in a wheelchair asking how he is doing.

“Are you not too cold?” she asks, and then expressing her surprise over how some of the members on the trek are in their T-shirts. The caretakers from the charity assured that Ted was “spectacular” when the princess inquired about him.

The Princess goes on to ask if Ted had been on the trek before, to which he replies, “No, never actually.”

She then quips, “It’s a shame that you can’t see anything” as it was foggy.

“I am so impressed that you made it to your second peak,” Catherine continued. “We’ll be cheering you on. Hopefully we will see you on the Snowdon.”

Fans were left in awe as they showered praises on the future Queen.

“Such an amazing inspirational woman, love her,” one fan noted.

Another added, “Lovely lovely person, Princess Catherine is going to a great Queen.”
