Peacock unveils ‘The Traitors' Season 5 cast: Full list of 23 players

Peacock has officially revealed the 23 players set to compete in Season 5 of “The Traitors”, the Emmy-winning reality competition series that will return to the Scottish Highlands in 2027.

The cast, announced Friday, September 18, blends Hollywood names, reality TV veterans, athletes, and digital creators.

Tony- and Emmy-winning Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth leads the lineup, joined by “Lost” actor Dominic Monaghan, “Happy Endings” alum Casey Wilson, Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim, Australian singer Cody Simpson, and former NFL star Rashad Jennings.

This is an exciting week for the Studio Lambert-produced program. It got renewed by Peacock for three more seasons, through Season 8, and it swept all seven Emmys for which it was nominated, securing the Outstanding Reality Competition Program award for the third time in a row and a third consecutive win in the Best Host category for Alan Cumming. "The Traitors: New Blood," the civilian spin-off of the program, was also launched by NBC on September 17.

"The Traitors," hosted and executive-produced by Cumming, is a show where the players are divided into two teams, with one group known as Traitors trying to murder their opponents without being caught.

There is no announced premiere date yet, but Season 5 will be coming out in 2027.
