LAHORE: Pakistan Twenty20 International captain Shahid Khan Afridi said that there should be a procedure to bid farewell to senior cricketers in a respectful manner.
Talking with media regarding Younis Khan issue here on Monday, Afridi said that it would be better if both the Pakistan Cricket Board and Younis Khan together resolve the matter.
Regarding Saeed Ajmal’s ban, the star all-rounder expressed hope that the off-spinner would soon re-start playing cricket after improving his bowling action.
On his appointment as captain of the national T20 team, Shahid Afridi said he would perform this responsibility in a better way.
