TEHRAN: Iran foreign ministry spokesman has said that Pakistan President Asif Zardari will soon be inking an agreement on Iran-Pakistan-Iran (IPI) gas pipeline project.
Talking to media persons here, Ramin Mehmanparast said there existed ample space for foreign investment in Pakistan and that trade can be expanded between the neighbourly countries.
He held the narcotics smugglers and extremists responsible for deteriorating the situation at Pak-Iran border area.
Mehmanparast said the US was imposing 'political sanctions' on Iran over the latter's nuclear program.
He said the third force war attempting to create a rift among Islamic countries.
