Traffic jam in Karachi, residents forced to open fast on roads

KARACHI: Traffic came to a standstill on major roads of the city as residents were forces to open their fast while commuting.

The main arteries were backed up with traffic as volunteers’ of the city government, police and Rangers were nowhere to be found. The few traffic policemen on the roads were not able to deal with the crisis.

No one was willing to step up and resolve the traffic crisis and even the large contingent of police and Rangers deployed outside the Chief Minister House did not get involved.
