Asfandyar Wali demands ouster of KP govt
PESHAWAR: Ruling out idea of re-election, Awami National Party (ANP) chief Asfandyar Wali Khan has demanded dismissal of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government in the wake of irregularities and violence during the local government elections.

Speaking to media on Wednesday, he asked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan to “show courage as nobody would trust if those, who indulged in rigging, conduct the election again”.

The ANP chief said the ruling alliance in the province was also crying foul.

He asked whether Imran Khan would hold election commission or the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa responsible for the killings in the elections.
