Mario finally launches on Android

Get ready to get nostalgic: the first Mario franchise mobile game is now available on Android and needless to say, it is beautiful. The first three stages can be played for free after which you have to pay $10 for every level after. The Version 2.0 is expected to bring new features, including an easy mode.

Uber for teens

Sneaking out will now be much tougher than before, thanks to Uber’s new feature. Teens between ages 13 and 17 will be able to join a “Family Profile” through the "Teen Accounts" feature.  The new feature allows parents to keep track of their teens’ movements and access their location for as long as 20 minutes after the ride ends with the help of this feature.

Instagram is blurring sensitive content

The addition of numerous new features and subsequently over 1 million advertisers made 2016 a great year for Instagram. The app is now blurring sensitive photos; it will require users to tap to reveal the content. The platform has dealt with censorship issues in the past, and come a long way from simply deleting sensitive images.

Google is redesigning its search engine

The search engine giant is reshaping its website and mobile apps by adding shortcuts, in its efforts to transition from a search engine to an answer engine.

The update allows users to keep up with topics such as artists, sports teams etc.  

The company has announced a new location sharing feature for the popular Google Maps. Friends will be able to follow your trip with the help of the feature.
