"If you speak on Balochistan unrest without taking into account Karachi, then you are deceiving yourself," he said, adding that Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav's confessional statement is available on YouTube, wherein he says his network included Karachi as well.

Jadhav, an official of India's spy agency RAW, was caught by the security forces from Balochistan in March last year and later confessed to funding and organising subversive activities inside the country at the behest of the Indian state.
