LAHORE: Former Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez, who was instrumental in Lahore Qalandars' success in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2022, has signed a contract with Dhaka Premier League, where he will play for Mohammedan Cricket Club.

Hafeez will leave for Bangladesh on March 15 to participate in the DPL.

The all-rounder was brilliant for the Lahore Qalandars in PSL 2022, which the team won for the first time since the emergence of the event in 2016.

Hafeez announced his retirement from international cricket on 3 January 2022. 

During his international career, he scored 3,652 runs in 55 Test matches, while in one-day international (ODIs), he smashed 6,614 runs in 218 matches.
