As seen in a parody video posted by Denmark-based producer, Damon Imani, Tesla and Space X CEO Elon Musk successfully recovered former US President Donald Trump's Twitter account.

The Tesla billionaire recently announced a huge stake in Twitter making him the largest stakeholder.

Musk has been concerned about freedom of speech and often criticises Twitter for its regulation policies and content moderation rules.

He went on to say that he might create his own social media platform.

After he disclosed his 9.2% stake in Twitter on Monday, he was approached by Trump supporters to restore the former president's Twitter account which is currently suspended, Business Insider reported.

"Now that @ElonMusk is Twitter's largest shareholder, it's time to lift the political censorship. Oh… and BRING BACK TRUMP!" wrote GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado.

In a recent parody video shared on Twitter, Trump's Twitter account can be seen being recovered and Musk celebrating.

It is quite a dramatic video with a suspenseful heartbeat sound in the background. A huge audience can be seen that cheers loudly upon the restoration of the account.

Musk can be heard saying "Holy smokes, man!" towards the end of the video as if proud and relieved.

'Twitter police' went on to share some facts. One user wrote "I think he would need a 51% shareholding not the 9% he bought, to be able pass that change."

Some people even took it seriously. A user said, "Congrats to Elon Musk: keep supporting free speak and our God given rights…."

The video has already garnered more than 632k views.
