Pakistani drama and film actor Zara Noor Abbas on Thursday broke the news of her pregnancy to her fans, a year after battling with depression following a painful stillbirth.

The Parey Hut Love actor, who is the wife of another showbiz personality Asad Siddiqui, took to her official Instagram handle to announce the pregnancy.

She shared the update with her fans with a pleasant picture of the couple.

A cheerful Zara — wearing a stylish silk ensemble and a pair of sunglasses, with a doughnut in her hand — is pictured in her garden, while Asad, seemingly unaware of being captured, is seen watering the plants in the background.

The starlet captioned the picture as "Round 2 - Inshallah," followed by three emojis depicting an evil eye, a baby, and a family of three.

The couple tied the knot with actor Zara in 2017, and it was both the people's second marriage.

It may be noted that this is Zara's second pregnancy, as the first time she had a stillbirth, Asad revealed in an interview last year.

“We lost a baby a while ago. It wasn’t a miscarriage; Zara actually delivered a 5-6 months baby, which I buried myself," revealed Asad.

The Sinf e Aahan actor said that Zara faced breakdowns afterward as women are more affected by such traumas compared to men.

Later, opening up about the traumatic experience, Zara talked about awareness for women and the guilt she had after the loss.

“When you have a child together, it makes your bond extremely beautiful but when you lose a child together, it makes your bond extremely beautiful also. I think me and Asad have seen the worst now, we ask, ‘What else will we see? Okay, it’s God’s will.’ Everything for me and Asad ends at whatever God wills because whatever is His will is His will. Yes, there’s an extreme sense of loss and I think I’m still grieving," the Badshah Begum actor had said in a podcast with Frieha Altaf.
