In a patriotic tribute to a defining moment in American hockey, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum has introduced three officially licensed "Miracle on Ice" Team USA bobbleheads, ESPN reported.

Unveiled on the 42nd anniversary of the iconic 1980 Winter Olympics upset, these collectables pay homage to the historic 4-3 victory over the Soviet Union in Lake Placid, New York.

Marking the pinnacle of American hockey history, the "Miracle on Ice" bobbleheads immortalise key figures from the legendary Team USA. Among the bobbleheads is famed Team USA coach Herb Brooks, an inductee into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2006, known for securing three national titles at the University of Minnesota.

Defenseman Jack O'Callahan, a key player in the "Miracle on Ice" saga, also receives recognition with a dedicated bobblehead. O'Callahan's resilience, returning from injury for the crucial medal-round game against the Soviet Union, adds a compelling dimension to the collectables.

Completing the trio is a generic Team USA player bobblehead, adorned in the iconic 1980 Olympic team sweater. This special edition includes a sticker pack, enabling fans to personalise the name and number on the sweater, along with customising the logo on the base of the bobblehead.

Crafted in collaboration with Lowsport, the official licensee of Herb Brooks and Jack O'Callahan, these special-edition bobbleheads aim to capture the essence of Coach Brooks, Jack O'Callahan, and the entire 1980 US hockey team.

The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum sees this commemorative release as a vital contribution to preserving the legacy of a team that inspired multiple generations. Sklar conveyed his excitement about being part of this legacy, stating, "We're excited to play a part in that legacy through these three new bobbleheads which celebrate Coach Brooks, Jack, and the team."
