Taylor Swift dubs Joe Alwyn as one of her ‘worst exes' amid 'TTPD' hype

Taylor Swift appeared to have dissed her ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn shortly before dropping her highly anticipated 11th album, The Tortured Poets Department.

The Fortnight crooner “liked” an Instagram post that ranked some of her former boyfriends from the best to worst, with Alwyn landing on the bottom of the list.

Other names on the lower tiers included Joe Jonas, Calvin Harris and Matty Healy, as reported by OK! Magazine, while one tier above them were Harry Styles, Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Lautner.

Swift’s current beau Travis Kelce, whom she has been dating for almost eight months now, topped the list as the best partner she has ever been with.

The popstar and The Conversations with Friends actor dated for six years before breaking up in 2023. Shortly after, Swift was linked with Matty Healy. However, their romance was short-lived.

Back in February, a source revealed to The Daily Mail that Alwyn has “no reason” to believe that Swift would diss him in her then-upcoming album, The Tortured Poets Department.

“Joe has not said one word about Taylor or their breakup and has been completely respectful of her,” the tipster said. “It’s undeniable that the name of her upcoming album is in reference to Joe’s WhatsApp group chat.”

The source added, “Joe has no reason to believe yet that she is going to diss him or their relationship. She writes about her past using code and points of reference.”

“It may just be that she is reflecting on their time together, and he is hoping it is nothing more. If it is a diss album, that is shady.”
