Zendaya hints at comeback in music industry 11 years after ‘Euphoria'

Zendaya hinted at possible music return while basking in the success of her well-established acting career.

After debuting with her self-titled album in 2013, the former Disney star called it quits and cited ‘bad contracts’ as the reason.

Now during a recent appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, the Dune star opened up about her potential comeback.

Upon inquiring about her musical profess, the 27-year-old shared, “I love music, and it’s something that’s been special to me”.

However, “being in the music industry” is different and caused her problems prompting her to step back.

She added, “It didn’t kill the joy of music, but it’s when you put music and business together. Sometimes it cannot feel so good”.

Although the Emmy winner occasionally collaborated with various artists including Labrinth for the acclaimed show Euphoria, she has now hinted at a music comeback.

Emphasizing the ‘right timing’, Zendaya continued, “If there was a moment, maybe I would, you know, put out a little something”, erupting the audience into cheers, to which she responded, “Don’t get crazy! We’ll see, but maybe one day”.

“We’ll hold on to that, that’s good enough”, Jennifer remarked.
