Kim Kardashian's Met Gala look 'dangerous' for her health

Kim Kardashian’s pick for the Met Gala this year could’ve been bad for health, according to a body language expert.

The SKIMS mogul walked the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday.

For this year’s theme, which was "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion," Kim wore a silver-colored corset-style dress by John Galliano which cinched her waist and made it look extremely small.

Fans also didn’t greenlight her look as they thought Kim is “glorifying” superficial body standards.

“Kim Kardashian once again showing up in a look that does nothing but showcase how artificially small she can make her waist,” one netizen wrote on X.

Some on the Internet also worried about the styling being dangerous for her health.

“Kim Kardashian with blue lips, barely able to breathe due to extreme corseting at #MetGala. Extreme corseting is an S/M practice, but is KK consenting? And should she be? This extreme look sends all kinds of wrong messaging,” one fan penned.

"If you’re going to wear a corset dress that cinches your waist to an unfeasible narrowness that would make an actual hourglass look chubby, why throw a gray cardigan over it that virtually hides it from view?" Judi James told the Mirror.

She added, “This dress would appear to be making a different and even more vital bodily function challenging, i.e. breathing."
