Tia Mowry has confirmed that her reality series Tia Mowry: My Next Act won't be continuing after season one.
The Sister, Sister alum, 46, addressed the end of the We TV series as she walked the red carpet at the 2025 BET Awards on June 9.
“It was a limited one-time run. It was kind of like a docuseries for me,” she explained.
"It was about the inspiration right behind it. My goal was for women to not necessarily feel like they are alone. So I just wanted to open up my world just for a little bit and just share some vulnerability and vulnerable moments.”
“But I'm very proud of what we did, and I can close that chapter and now onto the next,” she continued.
Mowry added that she is now in her “peaceful era” following her split from Cory Hardrict in October 2022 after 14 years of marriage.
“Peace is something that you have to work towards. And once you receive it, it is such a wonderful place to be at,” People Magazine quoted the reality star.
She continued, “And I don't think you find peace in trying to control and trying to hold on. You find it in letting go and just trusting God. And I can just see my life evolving. And I can say I'm on the other side and it feels great.”
The reality series captured ups and downs following her divorce from Hardrict, including aspects such as motherhood, co-parenting, career and rediscovering her sense of self.
