Kensington Palace has released a stunning video of Kate Middleton and Prince William to mark the Armed Forces Day.
The palace released the video on its social media handles with meaningful message of Kate and William.
They say, “Proud to mark Armed Forces Day.”
It added, “Thank you to everyone serving in the British Armed Forces, and to all veterans, for your courage, dedication and sacrifice.”
King Charles, Prince William, Kate Middleton and the Royal Family have a long-standing association with the Armed Forces.
From the days when the monarch rallied the troops on the battlefield, to the military careers of today's Royal Family and their support for personnel through their many honorary roles and patronages, the Armed Forces are a key focus in the working lives of the Royal Family.
Kate Middleton is the Commodore-in-Chief of the Fleet Air Arm, Colonel-in-Chief of the 1st Queen’s Dragoon Guards and Royal Honorary Air Commodore of Royal Air Force Coningsby.
She is also Colonel, Irish Guards and Royal Honorary Air Commodore of the Air Cadets.
Kate is also Sponsor of HMS Glasgow.
Meanwhile, Prince William is Colonel-in-Chief, The Army Air Corps, Colonel-in-Chief, The Mercian Regiment, Royal Honorary Air Commodore, R.A.F. Valley.
The Prince of Wales has a strong affiliation with the Armed Forces, having served in the Army as a Platoon Commander in The Blues and Royals, before completing flying training in the Royal Air Force.
He also served as an RAF Search and Rescue pilot, spending three years at RAF Valley in Anglesey, Wales.
