Meghan Markle launches first As Ever wine on Princess Diana's birthday

Meghan Markle has finally launched the first rosé from her brand As Ever.

On Tuesday, July 1, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, launched As Ever’s Napa Valley rosé, available at Wine.AsEver.com.

The rosé is described on the website as “a bespoke blend” with “soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality and a lasting finish — launching just in time for summer entertaining.”

The brand added that it’s "designed for summer's best moments – from lunches that turn into dinners and sun-drenched weekends where the only thing louder than the music is the laughter. This blend captures the essence of celebration, inviting wine lovers to toast all the moments that matter most - both big and small."

This isn’t the only wine the brand will offer. Alongside the launch of the new wine, Meghan announced that another one is on the way.

A Méthode Champenoise Napa Valley sparkling wine will soon follow, and more variations after that.

The wine launch date coincides with what would have been the 64th birthday of Prince Harry’s mother, Princess Diana.

However, the date is also personally significant to Harry and Meghan, who began talking on July 1, 2016.

This comes after As Ever restocked on June 20 and the stock sold out in less than an hour once again.

"We spent so much time making sure we had so much more inventory, that's why we took the time, and you guys are doing it again," Meghan said in a video on her Instagram Stories.

"We're nearly sold out on everything, and I can't believe it," added the Duchess of Sussex.

Meghan Markle launched As Ever in April. The brand offered herbal teas, crepe baking mix, shortbread cookie mix, and flower sprinkles originally, and added two new items – apricot spread and orange blossom honey – in its second launch.
