Dwayne Johnson, who was known as one of the biggest wrestling champions in the 2000s, turned to acting around the same time.

He kickstarted his acting career with small cameo roles and gradually moved to big movie roles.

One of his most prominent cameos was in the Star Trek: Voyager alongside Jeri Ryan. He featured in season 6, episode 15 "Tsunkatse”, of the popular season.

While recalling the time he was first offered the role, the Fast and Furious actor stated, “Oh, well, first of all... They were all amazing. And at that time, I just wanted... I wanted experience as an actor.”

The Moana actor revealed that he was offered the role at the time when he was already taking cameo roles.

“They had come to me and said: "Hey, are you interested in doing ‘Star Trek: Voyager’?'" I said: “Yeah, I would love to! Let’s do it!”

Johnson had a great time working on the show. During the promotion of the Smashing Machine, he told Moovy TV, “I went down to set and I... And we had a great time that day. And the crew, the cast, everybody was so awesome.”

Dwayne further revealed that he received a lot of help from the co stars who were making sure that he came in from the world of wrestling.

He specifically mentioned how amazing Jeri Ryan was to him throughout the time on set.
