Patrick Clancy reveals he still talks to his three dead children after Lindsay Clancy mistrial: ‘Help Me'

Patrick Clancy has broken his silence for the first time since Lindsay Clancy’s mistrial. He said he continues to communicate with his three kids almost four years after their death at the hands of their mother, Lindsay Clancy.

In a heart-wrenching televised interview; the CBS reporter asked about communication with his daughter Cora (five), son Dawson (three) and baby boy Callan (eight months) and Patrick replied, “I still talk to them.”

When asked what he tells his kids, he said, "Help me. Always."

Cora, Dawson, and Callan were murdered inside the family's home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, on January 24, 2025. Lindsay admitted to strangling all three kids.

However, her attorneys argued throughout her trial that she suffered from Postpartum Psychosis and therefore was not legally accountable for her actions. The prosecutors countered that she knew exactly what she was doing and had premeditatedly planned out the murders.

After 38 plus hours of deliberation over the course of seven days, the jury could not come to a unanimous conclusion. Ultimately the vote stood at 11/1 with eleven jurors willing to acquit Lindsay due to insanity and one juror unwilling to do so.

As such, the court declared it a mistrial.

Patrick has since remarried and resides in New York. However, the termination of the case has generated additional problems for Patrick.

According to his attorney, Howard Cooper, there are ongoing threats directed towards Patrick and his family from a growing number of conspiracy theorist web sites who are incorrectly claiming that Patrick played some role in the deaths of his three kids.

Mr. Cooper termed these claims as "outrageous lies" and indicated that there may be potential litigation options available to hold individuals accountable for spreading such false information.
