In the plea, Ashraf’s father prayed that his son was killed in the torture by the workers of Qadri, therefore, murder case should be registered against him (Qadri) and others.
Police personnel Muhammad Ashraf was allegedly injured in torture by stick-wielding people in Faisal town on Friday night. Later, he succumbed to injuries.
