Prices of petrol, diesel slashed by Rs3 / litre

ISLAMABAD: The government has revised downward the prices of petrol and diesel by Rs3 per litre which will take effect from 12:00 AM Tuesday (September 1).

Minister for Petroleum, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Minister for Information, Pervaiz Rashid made the announcement while addressing a press conference here today.

After the above reduction, the new prices of petrol stands at Rs73.76 a litre while that of High Speed Diesel at Rs82.04.

Prices of other petroleum products are as follows: High Octane Rs79.79 a litre; Kerosene oil Rs57.11, Light Speed Diesel Rs53.59 a litre.
