According to the statement issued by MQM here, the notices have also been served to chairman NADRA and Pakistani High Commission in London.
The notices were issued to the relevant departments through MQM's counsel Barrister Farogh Naseem.
The statement further says it was illegal, undemocratic and unconstitutional not to issue ID card to Altaf.
