Rain kills 3, injures 50 in Bannu

BANNU: At least three people were killed and 50 injured on Wednesday as torrential rains thrashed the city.

The injured have been shifted to a hospital, rescue services said.

Gusty winds have uprooted trees and sign boards. Several localities are facing power outages.

In a separate incident in Sargodha a 10-year-old child died when a wall of a house collapsed.

Parts of Khyber Pakhtunkwa, Punjab and Kashmir are in the grip of heavy rains.
