London tweets show 'secret understanding' between MQM leaders: Aamir Liaquat

ISLAMABAD: Former Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Aamir Liaquat Hussain on Thursday said that the tweets from London show that the party leaders have a 'secret understanding’ on the issue.

Speaking on Geo News’ program “Capital Talk”, he said that those who have announced disassociation with MQM founder should also give up their mandate.

“When I was defending the party for three months, that was a bad time. When I was defending the party for four hours on that day, that was a bad day,” he said.

“No one was willing to show up and defend the party. Everyone just ran away.”
