Police arrest 45 suspects in overnight Karachi raids
According to police, suspects were involved in burglary of shops

KARACHI: Police rounded up more than 45 suspects, said to be involved in different crimes, in multiple raids in Karachi late Wednesday, they said.
The law enforcers conducted search operations in various areas of Karachi late this night and apprehended 45 suspects.
At least nine suspects were arrested from the areas of Madina Colony, Saeedabad and Manghopir.
Two muggers were apprehended from Tower, police said.
According to police, suspects were involved in burglary of shops.
In another raid in Soldier Bazar, police detained ten suspects.
Officials said they were verifying identities of arrested suspects and looking for any criminal record.
