Haveli Bahadur Shah gas power plant to begin trial production today: CM Punjab

JHANG: Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday visited the Haveli Bahadur Shah Gas power plant and announced that 1230 megawatts electricity will be generated from the plant.
The Punjab CM expressed his satisfaction over the efforts of the team and the progress of the construction work.
He said the power plant will start trial production from tonight, adding that the plant will be able to produce 750 megawatts power in a week.
“The project will prove to be significant in the efforts to end load shedding in the country,” Sharif said.
